It all began with a simple question: “Who taught you how to manage people?”
After a deep discussion about our true calling and the most fulfilling aspects of our corporate careers, we came to a clear conclusion: developing people is, without question, the most rewarding part of leadership.

Yet, we uncovered a startling truth—only 18% of current managers and leaders have received formal, structured training. At the same time, trust and loyalty between managers and employees are at an all-time low.

This realization led us to our mission: to address one of the most pressing challenges facing organizations today—helping individuals become exceptional leaders.
Julie Seidl
Julie Seidl is a passionate and strong marketing and communications leader with over 15 years of experience driving brand growth through strategic planning, storytelling, and innovative campaigns. Known for her positive leadership style, creative problem-solving and meticulous project management, Julie has successfully rebranded companies, launched digital platforms, and doubled overall marketing team effectiveness. Her roles as a Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and Chief Creative Officer, provide the experience needed to provide in-depth and thorough leadership training to others.
Julie's expertise lies in empathetic team leadership, women's leadership, brand identity and true company-wide adoption of the brand culture. Julie not only teaches the true meaning and spirit of coporate leadership but embodies it in every day actions.
Brian Nelson
Brian is a dynamic executive coach, corporate advisor, and thought leader specializing in leadership transformation and revenue growth. Brian brings over 26 years of total corporate experience and 15 years in senior leadership roles, including Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Director roles spanning Fortune 500 to startup environments.

As a coach, Brian empowers leaders to develop confidence, resilience, and executive presence, equipping them with actionable strategies to navigate complex challenges and exceed their goals. Today he still assists companies with management challenges, sales processes and sale coaching as a fractional executive.
